1. General Terms
By accessing www.millionpixel.in you agree to these Terms. They govern the use of our website, catalog and checkout services for both individual (B2C) and bulk (B2B) buyers. We may modify these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Product Information & Orders
We strive to display accurate descriptions, sizes (M to 4XL) and colours. Slight colour/texture variation may occur due to screen settings or dye batches. All orders are subject to stock availability. B2B/bulk orders may require GST documentation and extended processing lead times.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are in INR, inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout. Online payments are processed via authorised gateways (Razorpay/Cashfree). We do not store your card or net-banking credentials. Bulk orders may require an advance deposit.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated timelines are shown at checkout based on your pincode. We dispatch via premium logistics partners (Shiprocket). Shipping costs are calculated on location, weight and order value.
5. Returns & Refunds
Governed by our 3-Day Return & Refund Policy. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags intact. A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all return/damage claims.
6. Intellectual Property & Conduct
All content, photography, designs, logos and text are the property of Million Pixels, protected under Indian IP law. Fraudulent transactions, bots and checkout misuse are strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
