Shipping Policy

1. Shipping & Delivery Timeline
Standard orders (B2C) are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Bulk (B2B) orders may need additional processing time.
2. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: FREE for all orders over ₹800. Orders below ₹800 incur a flat ₹50 fee. Express Shipping: available at a flat ₹100, delivering within 1-3 business days post-dispatch.
3. Order Tracking
Once handed to our courier partners, a unique Tracking ID / AWB number is sent to your registered phone (WhatsApp/SMS) and email. Use it to monitor real-time transit status.
4. Coverage
We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
