Refund and Returns Policy

At MILLION PIXELS, we want you to love what you wear! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our unified Return, Refund, and Cancellation policy carefully to understand your rights.

🛑 1. Cancellation Policy

  • For Orders Not Shipped Yet: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • For Orders Already Shipped: If the order has already been dispatched, you may still cancel it, but shipping charges will not be refunded, and a 10% cancellation/restocking fee will be applied.

  • Custom Orders / Bulk (B2B) Orders: Custom-made, personalized products, or special bulk orders cannot be canceled once the manufacturing or processing setup has started.

🔄 2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 consecutive days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: For any claims regarding damaged, defective, or wrong products received, a clear and unedited unboxing video must be shared with our team.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, clearance products, and customized/personalized orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

👚 3. Size-Related Issues & Exchanges

  • Exchange Process: If you face any size issue (Sizes ranging from M to 4XL), we will arrange an exchange for your preferred size based on inventory timelines.

  • Out of Stock Fallback: If your preferred size is unavailable or out of stock, we will automatically initiate a complete refund or issue store credit based on your preference.

  • Restocking Fee: A nominal fee of 5% may apply for size-related returns to cover processing costs.

💰 4. Refund Process

  • Approval Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after the returned item is received at our warehouse and passes quality inspection.

  • Payment Method: All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or issued as store credit. It may take an additional 7-10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.

  • Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where MILLION PIXELS sent the wrong item or the product was verified as damaged upon arrival via the unboxing video.
