🛑 1. Cancellation Policy

For Orders Not Shipped Yet: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

For Orders Already Shipped: If the order has already been dispatched, you may still cancel it, but shipping charges will not be refunded, and a 10% cancellation/restocking fee will be applied.

Custom Orders / Bulk (B2B) Orders: Custom-made, personalized products, or special bulk orders cannot be canceled once the manufacturing or processing setup has started.
🔄 2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 consecutive days of delivery under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Mandatory Unboxing Video: For any claims regarding damaged, defective, or wrong products received, a clear and unedited unboxing video must be shared with our team.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, clearance products, and customized/personalized orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
👚 3. Size-Related Issues & Exchanges

Exchange Process: If you face any size issue (Sizes ranging from M to 4XL), we will arrange an exchange for your preferred size based on inventory timelines.

Out of Stock Fallback: If your preferred size is unavailable or out of stock, we will automatically initiate a complete refund or issue store credit based on your preference.

Restocking Fee: A nominal fee of 5% may apply for size-related returns to cover processing costs.
💰 4. Refund Process

Approval Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after the returned item is received at our warehouse and passes quality inspection.

Payment Method: All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or issued as store credit. It may take an additional 7-10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.

Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where MILLION PIXELS sent the wrong item or the product was verified as damaged upon arrival via the unboxing video.
