All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion due to unforeseen stock discrepancies or technical pricing errors (with a justified cancellation reason provided to you).
Bulk Orders (B2B): Commercial wholesale orders may require additional business verification, GST documentation, and extended processing/manufacturing lead times.

All prices listed on our platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated during checkout. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Online payments must be processed securely through our authorized payment gateways. MILLION PIXELS does not store or log your credit card, debit card, or net banking financial credentials.
For custom manufacturing or high-volume bulk orders, a mutually agreed advance deposit will be required before processing begins.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided on the checkout page based on your pincode. While we dispatch orders swiftly via premium logistics partners, temporary delays due to unforeseen operational challenges or transit issues may occur.
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on location, weight, and order value.

All return, exchange, and refund requests are governed by our standard 7-Day Return & Refund Policy.
Items submitted for return must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. A clear unboxing video is mandatory for defective or transit-damage claims.
